About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The role requires strong knowledge of IT skill sets, market trends, and the ability to manage multiple technology requirements simultaneously. You will be responsible for handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring that client requirements are closed within timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
Work on diverse IT requirements including Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and emerging tech roles.
Maintain candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions with candidates and clients.
Provide regular updates and reports to managers on recruitment status.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with both candidates and clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of IT skills, domains, and hiring trends.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and professional networking.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple mandates under strict deadlines.
Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
