Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales conversion, and client relationship management. This role requires strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients in the market.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Qualify leads based on interest and conversion potential.

Sales Conversion & Negotiation:

Present product/service offerings to potential clients and close deals.

Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent activity and meet targets.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to finalize contracts.

Client Relationship Development:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Experience in sales or business development (preferably in renewable energy, industrial, or energy sector).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when needed.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of Renewable Energy & Sustainability: Basic understanding of sustainable energy solutions, bio-fuels, or related industries is a plus.

Networking Skills: Ability to network and establish contacts with key industry players, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate technical information clearly.
