About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiters who can manage hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and more. You will be responsible for handling bulk hiring, mid-level positions, and niche requirements, ensuring that every placement is aligned with client expectations. This role demands strong communication skills, proactive sourcing ability, and effective candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Source candidates using portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle bulk hiring as well as specialized positions for mid-senior levels.
Perform talent mapping to identify market availability and build a pipeline of suitable candidates.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver accordingly.
Maintain databases and recruitment trackers to ensure smooth processes.
Create a positive experience for both candidates and clients during the recruitment process.
Requirements
Experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Strong knowledge of hiring across multiple domains like Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Ability to manage bulk hiring as well as niche mandates.
Target-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
